　　反光转印膜印刷、转印制程：

　　1. 网版：打底选择目数为150-200目的网版，字体越小，网目数要越多。热熔胶选用80-120目网版。

　　2．机器印刷须在打底浆中加入783慢干剂，建议提前半天加入搅匀放置，等使用时加入3%-5%固化剂。

　　3. 透明反光转印膜印银色：先印3次银色打底浆，每印一次请进60度烘箱烘10分钟。然后印3次热熔胶，前两次进60度烘箱10分钟，*后一次70度烘30分。

　　4. 透明反光膜印彩色：先印两次颜色，再印一次白色，然后印三次热熔胶。（由于透明反光膜缺乏强有力的反射层，所以要求颜色一定要有很强的遮蔽性。）

　　5. 银灰色反光转印膜：先印2次透明打底浆，再印1次银色打底浆，每印一次请进60度烘箱烘10分钟。然后印3次热熔胶，前两次进60度烘箱烘10分钟，*后一次70度烘30分钟。

　　6. 转印：烫画机压力4公斤，请保证台面水平及烫画板温度和显示温度一致，同时需检测烫画板温度是否均匀。转印温度和时间要根据热熔胶熔点和布料而定，通常采用150℃、15秒。

　　7. 撕膜：转印好之后，反光膜需冷撕pet膜。手压着布，以180度平行撕膜。

　　8. 金葱膜：转印好后需要热撕。

　　9. 我们的反光膜在粘布问题做了很多的努力，常见布种（已经试验20种布）烫压后不会出现粘布及压痕。

　　10.反光转印膜的保存：防潮、阴凉处，避免阳光直射，堆高层数少于5层，保存3年内不会出现黄变及不好转印的现象。
